About us

Klinta Treatment Home has 20 places for men and women, ages 18 and up. Our target group consists of individuals with comorbidity, where some form of neuropsychiatric functional variation or mental health issues may be combined with substance abuse.

We need more important employees who can step in as hourly substitutes in our night service.

The working hours are scheduled at night and may either involve being awake or having sleeping on-call duty. Your tasks include being available as support for our clients and ensuring their safety at night. There are fixed tasks performed by night staff that are part of the department's work.

About the role

Your main tasks include:

• Care in the form of direct treatment work

• Documentation and delegated medication tasks

• Being present in the facility with the clients

• Salary is according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements. Start date is according to agreement.

As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, flexible, and secure. In this role, it is important that you show great empathy while also having the ability to set boundaries when needed. The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, so you must have good communication and teamwork skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Prior to employment, a background check will be conducted.

• Have an education that the employer deems adequate for the target group

• Have experience in treatment work

• Have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

• Have good computer skills as documentation is extensive

• Have a B driver's license
